Hello, my name is Lester. I am a very sweet puppy who is looking for my forever home. My sibllings and I all look different, Im the cuter one. My mother is possibly a terrier mix and weighs approximately 15-20 pounds. I was a bit shy at first, but my amazing personality came through after just a few minutes. Come meet me today! My Story:

My name is Stella and this is my sister Hazel. We are very sweet girls, who were adopted from Paws Rescue several years ago. But due to family hardship we were returned to Paws in hopes that we will be able to find another loving home again. If at all possible we would like to stay together, but it is not necessary. If we both are lucky enough to have loving homes that is the most important part.

Where I came from/ How I came to the Shelter:

Sadly, I came to the shelter as a hurricane Katrina rescue, and was unclaimed by my former owners.

My Story:

My name is Tonka; I am a basset lab mix. Before hurricane Katrina I lived with my loving family. Like many other animals we lost our families when the waters came rushing in. I was 3 months old when I was separated from my family. I am a sweetheart who loves to play, fetch is my favorite game. I am very smart and love it when you grab the leash to go for a walk. I sound like a great dog, right? Here is the saddest part, despite how wonderful I am, I have been at the ARF shelter for 5 years and 9 months! That's OVER 2,000 days! Somehow time and time again I have been overlooked by people. Throughout the years I have seen my friends get adopted as I patiently wait for my new home. Won't you give me a chance with your family?
