Buddy needs a home!

  • House Trained: Working on it (crate trained)
  • Medical Information: Healthy & UTD on all shots
  • Interaction with Kids: Ok very playful
  • Interaction with Dogs: Ok owners say he was not getting along with their smaller dog.
  • Interaction with Cats: N/A
  • My ideal type of home: I would like a home where I will be involved in the activities of the family. I love kids but I am still a little young and have some pent up energy from being at the shelter, so I am very playful with children. I will calm down as I age a little, things have been so out of sorts for me lately that I don't have anything constant in my life that I can depend on.

My Story:

My owner adopted me from MARL and they were supposed to bring me back to be neutered. After they received two notices to bring me back in they just returned me and said that I didn't get along with their smaller dog. I have been neutered now and I appear to get along with the other dogs at the shelter. I am a very smart boy; I already know how to sit on command, and I am great at retrieving (fetch). I am also crate trained and with little effort should be house trained shortly. I am hopeful that my loving forever family will see my story and take me to a wonderful new home.

Shooter needs a home!

  • My ideal type of home: I will be well suited for either a family with children or a single person (pretty much any type of home), but if you are a couch potato, I am not the guy for you. I love to play and be played with, so I will need a fenced yard where I can exercise, therefore I would not be very happy in an apartment unless you can commit to daily runs with me.

My Story:

I am a great pup who needs a home! I have lots of energy and I love to play. I would be a great companion for kids because I love everyone and I think each day is a new adventure. My foster-mom is teaching me good manners like "sit" and "down". I like to learn new things and my foster-mom says that it will help me to find a good home (and hopefully STAY there). I love to play with other dogs and I would like for the cat to play with me too but he is just lazy and doesn't do anything by lie around.

My Story:

I am a sweet young girl who is ready to go to my new home. I love to play with other dogs and I am also very friendly to people. I am trying to figure out how to play fetch because it seems like so much fun, plus it gets me a bit of attention and I LOVE that! I love long walks on a leash and a good ole' belly rub is pretty high on my list of likes too. If you will make me part of your family, you won't go wrong!
